Outpatient – 10 on staff

• Full time designated 1 to 1 ratio RN case manager
• No call
• Team model of Physician., RN case manger and CMA/LPN to manage panel of patients
• 2 designated patient rooms per team
• 20-25 patients a day on average
• Full open access model – patients can get into their provider that day
• Clinical teams – QI, QA, hospitality –all people participate on a team

The Interior Community Health Center is seeking a board certified Family Medicine Medical Director—preferably with previous clinical administrative experience. The Medical Director should have recent experience seeing patients across the lifespan, including prenatal care. The qualified candidate should also have experience with a Patient Centered Medical Home and Electronic Health Records (we use Centricity). The qualified candidate will be a proactive clinical leader with oversight and direction of medical and behavioral health providers. Duties will include performance evaluations, clinical measures and process improvement for patient care.

Description:

• Tanana Valley Clinic: this is an employed position with Banner Health
• Looking for a medical dermatologist and/or MOHS surgeon
• Based on MGMA median productivity nationwide the incoming Dermatologist will exceed the 75th percentile.
• Sign on bonus, relocation expenses, and/or tuition loan reimbursements are negotiable as is a salary guarantee.
• $5,000 yearly CME stipend, professional fees, etc
• Four day work week
• 28 days of vacation
• 10 days of CME

• A base salary of $80-95 thousand based on experience.  In addition to the base salary, production pay will be earned based on Relative Value Unit (RVU) production.  Reimbursement is excellent in Alaska.  Given median RVU production nationally, a TVC PA can earn over $120 thousand annually in combined base salary and production pay.
• $4 thousand per year for CME, registration, licenses, board certification & other professional expenses
